What You’ll Be Doing
As a Beauty Trainee, you will sit at the intersection of training coordination, administration, and beauty operations, supporting the smooth execution of trainings and reporting across the GCC. A strong understanding and passion for makeup, fragrances, and beauty trends is important, you’ll will be closely exposed to niche fragrances, product education, and on-floor trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training sessions and logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, catering, and atelier setup
- Support product launches and on-floor training activities
- Assist with monthly regional reporting, presentations, and data collection
- Handle administrative coordination related to orders, personal allowances, gifting, and expenses
- Support English-to-Arabic translations and presentation creation
- Conduct market visits and gain exposure to retail teams and brand operations

- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and fragrances
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Creative eye with ability to support visual content, presentations, and training experiences
- Comfortable supporting events and operational execution
- Beginner-level Excel and reporting capabilities
- Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented personality
