PwC is looking for a Project Manager / PMO to strengthen its team and support the growth of its activities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-value projects, while ensuring an optimal level of service for our clients. You will work on TMA, Build, and AMOA projects, and contribute to structuring, organizing, and industrializing project management practices within the practice. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Significant experience in managing TMA, Build, ERP, and finance projects.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for TMA activities.
  • Ability to adapt to different client contexts.
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs (ERP, Finance, etc.).
  • Ability to manage conflict situations internally and with clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Aptitude to be interested in different technologies and/or tools used in various projects (Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Structuring and managing TMA/Build/AMOA projects for the practice.
    • Monitoring the progress of project team activities.
    • Producing weekly reporting for clients: KPIs, Backlog trend, SLA, etc.
    • Producing weekly internal reporting: project sheet.
    • Raising alerts on projects.
    • Participating in tender responses: technical offer, organization, financial proposals, SLA, etc.
    • Leading follow-up committees with clients.
    • Preparing a toolkit for projects: templates for AVV response supports, reports for various committees (COSUI, COPROJ, COPIL, etc.), PBI Dashboard templates, Jira workflow and processes to be used.
    • Identifying areas for industrialization for processes, TMA activity reporting.
    • Implementing methods and tools for cross-functional activity monitoring at the TAC level.
