Manufacturing Process Engineers will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS - P&G's version of Lean Manufacturing - develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. Job Qualifications This role is a good fit if you: Have a BS degree in engineering (all sub-disciplines welcome), operations management, a related technical degree, or relevant military experience Have 0 - 5 years of relevant work experience Bring an interest in manufacturing, leadership development, & onsite work.
