As a Senior Manager Deals – Transaction Services, you will be at the heart of our transaction advisory missions, leading in-depth financial analyses and supervising teams in a stimulating and collaborative environment. Your missions include:
- Supervise and support analyst and senior teams in carrying out financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling assignments;
- Be the privileged point of contact for French and international clients, advising them on their acquisition, divestiture, or fundraising operations;
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with deadlines and PwC standards;
- Actively participate in the business development of the Deals activity, by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals;
- Collaborate closely with audit and consulting teams to offer an integrated and high-value-added approach.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Graduate of a major business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance;
- Significant experience of at least 6 years in Transaction Services, M&A, or in a related field such as financial transaction advisory, business valuation, or strategic financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills;
- Natural leadership, customer service orientation, and a taste for challenge;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
