The role focuses on consultative selling, building senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering scalable learning initiatives aligned with organizational transformation goals.

Description
Business Growth & Sales
- Drive new business acquisition across corporate, government, and semi-government organizations within KSA
- Identify, qualify, and pursue large-scale eLearning and digital training opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR, L&D, Talent, and Transformation leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate learning solutions
- Collaborate with clients to co-create scalable learning and workforce development programs
Market & Strategic Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives related to learning, digital transformation, and workforce development
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership opportunities
- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, particularly within government and large enterprise accounts
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with solution consultants, delivery teams, and marketing to ensure accurate solution positioning
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to support localized offerings
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales
- Proven track record selling B2B solutions, ideally within eLearning, HR solutions, or professional services
- Strong experience managing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
- Demonstrated experience operating within the Saudi Arabian market
- Arabic language required
