We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh.
Job Description:
The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day freight operations including booking shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and liaising with carriers, agents, and clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both import and export procedures for air, sea, and land freight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations
- Prepare and process shipping documents
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses
- Ensure smooth customs clearance processes
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Transferable Iqama
- Available for immediate hiring
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus
