Do you have a quantitative degree and value personal development and enjoyment? Do you want to share your vision and insights with a wide range of clients? Diversity, guiding clients and colleagues, and further developing our practice are central to your development path. In our dynamic team, you help various clients with complex problems and challenging issues in the field of the Pension Agreement and everything related to it, such as actuarial models, negotiations with social partners, data quality, product development, and other broad pension advisory services. Will you strengthen our team? This is what you will do: You will work within our broad Risk Modeling Services (RMS) & Pensions practice on assignments for (inter)national companies and governments, pension funds, pension administrators, and insurers. Their success partly depends on your strategic insight, your communication skills, and your courage to propose innovative ideas. You will collaborate with colleagues from other teams to help our clients as effectively as possible from different disciplines and to further grow the practice. Our activities are very diverse and rely on your analytical, communicative, and commercial skills. Depending on your interests and ambition, you can engage in the following work activities: Helping employers (or employee representatives) adapt their pension schemes to new laws and regulations. This includes quantitative advice, but also support in negotiations with social partners or communication with employees; Developing pension policy for employers within the framework of their broader reward policy, the employee value proposition; Developing models to calculate costs and pension results to support advice regarding the adjustment of the pension scheme; Validating, reviewing, or auditing actuarial models; Analyzing big data at pension funds/administrators and designing practical solutions for clients' issues regarding data quality, for example, using machine learning algorithms or other state-of-the-art techniques; Supporting merger and acquisition processes. You usually work at the PwC office in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, but you also regularly visit clients. There is also an RMS & Pensions department in Utrecht, so if it works out, you can drop in on your colleagues in another city. Do you have a quieter period after an intense project? Then you simply choose to organize your agenda more flexibly for a while. This role involves extensive pension consulting, actuarial science, and financial risk management expertise, making it a high-value opportunity in the financial services sector.
