Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's degrees are preferred.
- Minimum 05 years of work experience.
- Candidates having experience of working in Banks/Financial firms would be preferred.
- Good understanding of Human Resource functions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
- Good MS Office skills.
