Our Human Resources team manages all HR tasks which includes people engagement, recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, immigration, and managing employee inquiries and issues.
As a Manager on our team, you will have assigned responsibilities but will be ready to assist with any of the work that is assigned to our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Immigration: Manage the Immigration function and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure compliance with all deadlines.
- Benefits: Manage benefits (inclusive of medical and pension) and work closely with the Finance function to provide monthly payroll support.
- Leadership: Work with leadership to understand and deliver on firm, team and people needs. As part of the management team, you will work closely with the Human Capital Director and Senior Manager to drive strategy within the firm and support the business.
- Finance: Support the budget process throughout the year and manage the budget for your respective responsibilities.
- People Engagement: Oversee the employee experience across the firm, driving engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives; provide quarterly or ad-hoc updates to leadership on key employee insights and workforce trends.
- Career Development: Lead the firm Career Development Programme, which includes internships, scholarships, direct hiring and exam support. You will be coordinating outreach, selection, and development initiatives to support local talent and PwC's community engagement goals. Collaborate with marketing vendors to develop and execute effective recruitment ads and campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, enhancing PwC's employer visibility.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources.
- Preference given to candidates who have experience working at a professional services firm.
- Preference given to candidates with a Human Resources qualification or designation and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Caymanian or status holder required.
