The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics development, including hands-on expertise with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP Embedded Analytics.
- Written and spoken German - min B2.
- Written and spoken English – min B2.
- Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard design within SAP analytics tools.
- Experience with SAP BW query design, MultiProvider, CompositeProvider, ABAP programming for analytics, and SAP HANA views (Calculation Views, CDS views).
- Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts in analytics and data governance principles.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Nice to have SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.
