Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Strong demonstration of proactive leadership skills; willingness to engage in, and take the lead for, building creative strategies and solutions to legal and business problems. Job Qualifications • 3-7 years of experience with a reputable law firm or in the legal department of a large multinational corporation in pharma/FMCG industry is preferred. • Company Secretary qualification: preferred. • Strong commercial contracting, leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Experience advising on marketing/advertising and managing disputes preferred.
