Eligibility / Qualification Required:
A high-growth organization is looking to hire a General Manager – FMCG to lead its operations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on scaling the business, strengthening distribution, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with regional growth plans
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration across KSA
• Oversee end-to-end operations including sales, marketing, and supply chain
• Expand distribution channels and strengthen presence in modern trade
• Identify new business opportunities and product expansion strategies
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks
• Build and lead a strong leadership team within the Kingdom
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• 20–25 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role within KSA or GCC
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and distribution landscape
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing P&L
• Arabic language capability is advantageous
