Job Responsibilities:
- Research and develop Large Language Model (LLM) technology, including model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
- Design and implement AI Agent systems, integrating multimodal data and toolchains.
- Participate in the development of proprietary AI products, responsible for feature implementation.
- Serve as a backend developer, writing APIs, data processing flows, and performing system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI technology to real business scenarios.
- Continuously track AI/ML technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, familiar with object-oriented programming.
- Experience in LLM / NLP / AI Agent development.
- Familiarity with LangChain or other LLM application frameworks.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience in backend development, familiar with RESTful API, databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Bonus Conditions:
- Experience with multi-modal AI or reinforcement learning projects.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment and monitoring.
- Experience in product development, capable of building AI applications from scratch.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker / Kubernetes.
- Good English technical document reading and writing skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus.
