Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in internal audit and/or risk-focused roles, with exposure to audit delivery, risk assessments, and business process reviews.
- Strong written communication and developing report writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, control issues, and practical recommendations.
- Solid understanding of risk frameworks, internal controls, and business processes, including assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
- Effective use of audit tools and IT technologies to support audit execution, documentation, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and internal audit methodology.
- Confident presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate audit findings and insights clearly with engagement teams and client stakeholders.
