This position requires the use of Generative AI (Gen AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to help financial industry clients solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and optimize decision-making processes. We expect you to apply AI/ML technologies to real financial business scenarios, helping clients maintain competitiveness, accelerate innovation, and enhance operational performance amidst the wave of digital transformation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Data Processing and Model Building: Clarify core client needs, translate business problems into AI/ML solutions, and apply them to financial business scenarios.
- Build and optimize machine learning models (e.g., credit risk, recommendation systems, anomaly detection), and perform model validation and performance tuning to ensure model robustness and accuracy.
- Utilize Gen AI technologies (e.g., LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture, Prompt Engineering) to develop and optimize generative AI applications.
- Research and introduce AI, Machine Learning related technologies and tools.
- Business Insight and Reporting: Present analysis results and model outputs using data visualization tools, providing clients with concrete analysis outcomes and recommendations.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors and flexibly support other analytical or project needs within the team.
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as Python, R, SAS, etc.
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science related projects.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau).
- Financial or business analysis background is preferred.
