In employment law at PwC, you will focus on providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to employment, labour relations, and workplace compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining organisational adherence to labour laws and regulations, promoting fair and equitable treatment of employees. PwC Tax & Legal Services is looking to incorporate an Associate or Senior Associate into the Labour Law department of its Madrid, Seville, Malaga, and Bilbao offices.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Law Degree (Graduado en Derecho).
- Master's degree is valued (Valorable Máster).
- High level of English.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as an employment lawyer.
- Experience working for both national and international clients, covering the full spectrum of specialized matters:
- Broad employment advice.
- Collective bargaining.
- Labor litigation and administrative procedures in labor matters.
- Due Diligence.
- Workforce restructuring.
- Equality plans.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in administrative/economic management of cases.
- Good proficiency in software programs (Office, Salesforce, or similar).
