Job Location ALEXANDRIA PLANT Job Description The Power Controls and Information Systems Manager will lead the integration and application of cutting-edge innovation and manufacturing technologies within our Alexandria plant. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, eliminating losses, and ensuring the successful lifecycle management of our products through a lean and technologically advanced approach. In this role you will be leading operational excellence in controls for our tide production line.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Oversee the Validation processes for new equipment, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications Required: BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field A minimum of 3 years of experience in strong technical mastery in PC&IS technologies, including Continuous Process Control, Instruments, Control Logix PLCs, Safety PLCs, Wonderware, Motion Control, Vision Systems, Networks, Drives, Sensors Proven experience in Innovation management within a manufacturing environment. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Exceptional skills in Successful Initiative Management and project leadership. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
