JOB SUMMARY: Manager Showroom is Responsible for managing overall showroom sales and operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, inventory control, SOP compliance and delivering a premium customer experience for foam and furniture products
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Achieve showroom sales targets by actively engaging walk-in and potential customers
- Ensure full compliance with showroom SOPs in all sales, inventory, and operational activities
- Handle advance payments, ensure timely bank submission, and update MIS records accurately
- Generate and maintain all sales receipts, invoices, gate passes, and delivery challans as per SOP
- Maintain proper showroom presentation, display, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure showroom inventory is accurately managed, properly displayed, and in presentable condition
- Supervise daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning during working hours
- Maintain customer database, follow-ups, and regular communication with potential clients
- Conduct client follow-ups through calls, emails, and showroom visits for conversion
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth order execution and deliveries
- Handle customized orders by ensuring accurate communication of client requirements
- Monitor and maintain stock availability and highlight shortages proactively
- Identify new market opportunities to expand customer base and showroom sales
- Train and guide showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
- Address maintenance and operational issues by coordinating with admin teams
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business management
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in retail/showroom sales and operations
