Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
• Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Candidates possessing computer proficiency will be given preference.
• Age limit: 18 to 25 years.

How to Apply:

• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
• The envelope should clearly state the name of the post and the candidate's complete address and contact number.
• Candidates must attach 2 attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, National Identity Card (NIC), and 2 recent passport-sized photographs with their application.
• A Postal Order of Rs. 500/- payable to "Commandant Punjab Regiment Centre Mardan" must be enclosed with the application.
• Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
• Applications should be sent to: Punjab Regiment Centre Mardan (PRC Civ Cell).

General Conditions:

• Age relaxation of 5 years will be granted to retired army personnel as per government rules. The maximum age limit after relaxation will be 45 years.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
• Only suitable candidates will be called for a written test and interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Candidates will bear their own expenses for the initial stages of the process.
