The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting management with accurate financial insights.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- CA / ACCA / MSC in Accounting & Finance.
- 8-10 years of working experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and accounting systems/ERP.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Co-ordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff and ensure efficient workflow.
