Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Summary:
The Estimation Manager is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction and engineering projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Identify cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving options
• Support tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
• Maintain cost databases and historical project records
• Handled and controlled budgets valued at over USD 100 million

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in estimation or cost engineering
• Pre contract experience
• Experience in Steel Frame, RC Frame
• Worked on big projects Hospitals, Malls, High Rise Buildings
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
