Job Location JAKARTA GENERAL OFFICE Job Description The HR Operations Specialist will be a pivotal member of the HR team, responsible for both strategic and operational HR functions within PG Indonesia Healthcare. This role will primarily focus on managing the end-to-end hiring process for Medical Representative positions, encompassing employer branding and campus activation initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will provide comprehensive support for day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for field-based sales roles. Demonstrated experience in employer branding and organizing campus recruitment activities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret HR data and reports.
