Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Identify site trends or recurring issues and develop plans to address them, linking back to the Site Digital Master Plan. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through digital solutions, linking findings back to the Site Digital Master Plan. Oversee the site’s processes for managing the MAGICs Applications Management Toolkit, including stewardship requirements such as OT software licenses, access management, quality assurance (RAMP, CSV, etc.), record retention, and change management. Job Qualifications Required: 5+ years experience in digital transformation and process improvement in a manufacturing environment Proficient working in Python and SQL. Strong project management skills, balancing diverse scenarios and priorities with a business mindset Excellent communication and training abilities.
