Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project plans, schedules, and budgets are strictly followed.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent health and safety regulations (HSE) and ensure compliance with local Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and mitigate risks.
• Quality Control: Conduct site visits to inspect materials and workmanship.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills
MANDATORY - • Classified Engineer “ Specialized” – “Building Construction of all types Contracts” is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 to 15+ years of experience, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Certification: Membership in professional bodies such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and documentation systems.
• Leadership: Strong team management skills and experience in managing diverse teams
Salary:
AED 40,000 to 43,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
