PwC Vietnam is seeking a Senior Associate to join Internal Firm Services (IFS) in a dual rolesupporting both Procurement and Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
- Assist in implementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support vendor management, document preparation, and basic negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track vendor performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Act as an enabler by coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep the purchase cycle smooth and ensure compliance with firm policy, procedures and relevant regulations.
IFS Transformation Support
- Contribute to transformation projects by coordinating workstreams, supporting project plans, and tracking progress.
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Prepare related materials such as communications, presentations, and events/training aids.
- Assist in developing KPIs and reporting to measure project outcomes and impact.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Currently a PwC employee in any line of service
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively across teams and levels
- Analytical, problem-solving and innovative mindset; comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools
