Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person for our retail furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture requirements, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, materials, and customization options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of showroom products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or showroom sales.
