Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description Job Description The Picking Platform Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality for platform picking. As a Picking Platform Process Engineer you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. The Process Engineer will be part of the line triad and support the continuous improvement cycle for the line, including owning daily direction setting and run to target as part of the execution.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
As a Picking Platform Process Engineer you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. Job Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the consumer goods or distribution industry. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE). Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
