The Deals Corporate Finance team at PwC is looking to incorporate a Senior Associate for its Real Estate team in Madrid. At Corporate Finance, we specialize in independent advice to family businesses, multinationals, institutional and private investors, and fund managers in operations that seek to carry out M&A (mergers and acquisitions, divestments, absorptions, capital increases, privatizations, and strategic and viability advice) anywhere in the world. The Real Estate team focuses on opportunities in the real estate sector, both asset and share deals, and is focused on originating and executing large transactions with a focus on creating value for our clients. **What will your day-to-day be like?**
- Direct involvement in the Corporate Finance team through the origination and execution of real estate corporate transactions.
- Preparation of client presentations, financial analyses, market analyses (transactions), information packages for third parties, etc.
- Construction of economic-financial models (business plans, capital structures, financing, etc.).
- Management of the interaction and negotiation process with third parties.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, double degree with Law, Engineering or similar.
- Valuable to have a Master's focused on Corporate Finance and CFA.
- High level of English.
- Interest in developing your professional career within the mergers and acquisitions area.
- Experience of between 2-5 years in the area of Capital Markets, M&A in professional services firms, Corporate Finance boutiques, corporate development areas of companies, investment banking and/or Valuations.
- Specific experience in the real estate sector.
