As a Senior IT Auditor, you will operate within a collaborative team, benefiting from a rich mix of experience and competencies, all aimed at delivering optimal client solutions. You will mentor junior team members and, in turn, receive guidance from highly experienced colleagues on your chosen development areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting IT audits for financial statement verification or other certifications such as ISAE3402, across the diverse sectors of our Digital Trust practice. These engagements span Commercial & Public Services (encompassing listed, private, and international companies, and the public sector) and Financial Services (including banks, insurance firms, and FinTech companies). We are committed to executing every assignment smartly, ensuring a unique and engaging experience with each project. Learnings from one project are directly translated into innovations for subsequent engagements. You will often work concurrently on multiple assignments across various teams. We prioritize your professional growth, foster a healthy work-life balance, and actively promote social activities to strengthen team connections outside of work. Key tasks involve:
- Assisting in the conceptualization, setup, and planning of IT and process audits.
- Evaluating business processes, IT processes, IT Governance, and Cybersecurity frameworks of various clients, subsequently identifying associated risks.
- Analyzing the architecture of the IT function and IT systems, and assessing control measures within IT and business processes.
- Supporting and managing client communications regarding audit progress and reporting of findings.
- Contributing to the utilization and advancement of innovations within our operational activities.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You are looking for a job with a lot of variety, where you can work project-based in environments you find interesting, and connect with colleagues from different disciplines internally as well as with clients. You apply your audit skills and/or knowledge of internal control or IT systems. You are energetic, eager to learn, enjoy taking on challenges, and don't shy away from humor. You possess:
- A completed university education (WO-opleiding) and preferably a Postmaster RE, RC, RA, or RO qualification, or are currently pursuing one of these Postmasters;
- More than two years of relevant work experience in audit, IT, controlling, and/or risk management, and are analytically strong;
- Affinity with performing control activities in the field of business processes and IT systems;
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English, and can easily adapt to new working environments;
- Self-reliance, flexibility, critical thinking, proactivity, innovativeness, and are a team player.
