- Establish and manage test environments, test data, and defect management processes.

- Experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM)
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, QA frameworks, and defect lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with data migration testing and integration testing
- Experience with test automation tools and approaches
- Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Oracle HCM Cloud, or equivalent are advantageous
