What you will do Support Director of Business Development - Diplomat & Consortia in achieving overall business objective and formulation of strategies in ensuring business attainment. Assist Director of Business Development - Diplomat & Consortia to Managing Sales team and overseeing daily sales operation. Review sales production and implement sales action plan to achieve the budget goals. Participate in Forecast and Yield meetings for yield optimization. Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas. Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotel. To ensure team members are aware of bookings and sales programs. What you bring Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience at similar position. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
