Job Location NEMC NORTH EAST MIX CENTER Job Description As the Engineering Senior Manager, Project and Construction Management you will develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects. In this role you work across a team of functional partners (Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance and Contractors) to find low-cost solutions and mitigate business risks. You will also be responsible for determining the choice and configuration of the technologies that will deliver the necessary throughput for the products shipped out to P&G customers while delivering project capital & savings goals.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of stakeholders including engineering, operations, quality assurance, and finance. Job Qualifications Required BS degree in Engineering A minimum of 3 years of Project/Construction/Facilities engineering experience and team leadership. Experience with EWP (Engineering Work Process) and capital project delivery is essential.
