Applications are invited for ASSISTANT MANAGER ALUMNI AFFAIRS/ PLACEMENT at Bahria University.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Minimum 16 to 18 Years of education in Business Administration, Sociology, International relations or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Experience: Candidates having 5 years of experience at University Level, having dealt with student affairs and placement of students or relevant experience in Corporate Sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate relationships with alumni to foster mentorship opportunities, networking and tailored career guidance for current students. To assist in managing alumni directory and employer databases, maintaining up-to-date records to support student placements, and to assist in tracking alumni career advancement. Additionally, foster relationships with alumni and maintain the record of alumni success stories, facilitating connections with the alumni body, organize alumni seminars for current students, handling alumni card administration and address alumni queries through email. Forge partnerships with healthcare institutions to identify elective, internship and placements opportunities. Monitor alumni career advancement and solicit feedback from employers to refine placement services, optimizing elective and internship outcomes. Assist in organizing healthcare career events, workshops, and speaker session to provide valuable insights and networking opportunities for students through industry professionals/hospitals. To act as an assistant to the Manager Student Support Centre, in running daily affairs, organizing and planning events and entertaining students’ queries.

QUALIFICATION:
