Key Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY: Lean & Transformation officer will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization and Lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on enhancing productivity, quality, cost efficiency and operational performance through the implementation of Lean principles and best practices.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives across production and support functions.
- Conduct process studies to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, 5S, Visual Management, and other Lean activities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to recommend process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on Lean initiatives and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects.
- Assist in conducting time studies, work measurement, and process mapping activities.
- Support standardization of operating procedures and best practices.
- Participate in waste elimination initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in training employees on Lean concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Experience: Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing operations
