Responsable de ser un vínculo de control y supervisión del desarrollo de las actividades planificadas para uno o varios proyectos asignados por el Gerente. Realizar procesos de selección de personal, preferentemente de nivel gerencial, desde la búsqueda y evaluación de candidatos hasta la elaboración y presentación del informe final. Demostrar sólidas habilidades de exposición, influencia y organización, orientadas a la obtención de resultados y a una gestión efectiva de la relación con el cliente. Analizar información compleja y preparar presentaciones ejecutivas claras, estratégicas y orientadas a la toma de decisiones. Diseñar estrategias de búsqueda y headhunting alineadas a las necesidades del negocio. Evaluar competencias técnicas y conductuales mediante entrevistas por competencias y assessment. Presentar ternas ejecutivas e emitir recomendaciones basadas en análisis de talento.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Minimum Experience Required: 3 to 4 years in HR consulting.
  • Education:
    • Higher education in Human Resources Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
    • Preferred: Bachelor Degree - Psychology.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • English (Intermediate – Advanced level).
    • Office (Advanced level).
    • Participation in human resources projects.
    • HR Profile: Knowledge in good human resources practices and methodologies.
