About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá, the People & Culture Intern supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the People & Culture department. This role contributes to creating a positive employee experience by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and internal processes aligned with Four Seasons standards. What you will do Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Maintain and update employee files and HR databases in compliance with company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and recognition programs. Assist in preparing contracts, certifications, and internal communications. Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team in daily operations. Support coordination of training sessions and maintain training records. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information. What you bring Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Availability to complete a full-time internship as required by the academic institution. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication skills in Spanish and English (intermediate to advanced level preferred). Proactive attitude, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
