fixed night shift, onsite, client-facing role (Monday to Friday) that offers direct exposure to a global HR environment, where professionalism, strong communication, and ownership are essential. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in HR or HR-related functions is a strong plus.
- Proven experience working with HR-based software or enterprise HR platforms.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, typing, and standard business tools.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite during the night shift.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, confident, and professional communication at all times.
- Manage client requests and interactions using HR-based software platforms; hands-on experience with such systems is highly valued.
- Apply strong client service and relationship management skills to understand client needs and deliver accurate, HR-aligned solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with international clients.
- Analyze and resolve HR-related client concerns using structured problem-solving and sound judgment.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in complex or high-pressure situations.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback, quality initiatives, and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to recommend HR-related products or services aligned with client needs and business objectives.
