Join PwC Ireland's Government & Public Sector Consulting practice, to help reimagine public services and deliver better outcomes for citizens. As a Government Technology Senior Manager you will deliver, technology and AI enabled solutions that build public trust and deliver lasting improvements across the public sector. You will bring deep knowledge of Ireland’s public sector and political context, exceptional stakeholder leadership, and a proven record of both successful delivery in complex, matrixed environments and in supporting business growth.
Purpose-Led Work You'll Be Part Of As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team leveraging your influence, expertise and network to deliver quality results for Public Sector clients while contributing to business growth for PwC’s Government & Public Sector team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 7 + years’ experience in technology or technology transformation in Government or Public Sector consulting.
- Deep understanding of one or more Government technology solutions (e.g. Case Management, Customer Relationship Management, Grants Management, Citizen Services).
- A track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.
- Knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.
- Strong track record of leading complex technology, data and AI programmes within large‑scale environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.
- Relevant undergraduate and / or Master’s degree in a technology related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, vendor certifications.
