Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You are analytical, strong in communication, and know how to guide people through change.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a passion for HR technology.
- A relevant university degree (WO-opleiding), HR specialization is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday HCM or similar systems.
- Workday certification (or willing to obtain it).
- Knowledge of HR processes and digital transformation.
- You enjoy working as a functional consultant within a multidisciplinary, international, and client-focused team consisting of specialists with different backgrounds and expertise.
- Experience with configuration and implementation of SaaS solutions.
- Excellent social and communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
