PwC Poland’s Cybersecurity team is made up of 50 specialists. We not only help companies design cybersecurity strategies and monitoring or incident response processes, but we also support in the implementation of specific security systems. We combine knowledge of business processes and present-day cyber threats with our consultants’ and engineers’ experience derived from the security audits, penetration testing and operational support services provided to SOC teams. PwC is looking for a Senior Digital Identity Manager to enhance its robust cybersecurity offerings.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Future Role:
- Lead and manage delivery of IAM/PAM/CIAM projects for clients across Poland, CEE and EMEA.
- Design and implement identity security solutions using technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare implementation materials.
- Oversee technical and delivery aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM/CIAM implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of identity-related processes: onboarding, authentication, authorization, offboarding, consent management.
- Practical skills in installing, upgrading, configuring and troubleshooting IAM/PAM/CIAM solutions.
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized technical teams.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI ‑ powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Excellent command of English and Polish.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in IAM/CIAM/PAM or cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP).
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously from both technical and delivery perspectives.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST.
