The Role
As an Associate within the Concept Team, you will sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and architectural rigor. You will lead design competitions and initial project phases, ensuring that every concept is both aesthetically groundbreaking and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Directing the creative evolution of large-scale projects from initial sketch to finished concept presentation.
- Narrative Building: Developing strong architectural narratives that resonate with international clients and stakeholders.
- Team Mentorship: Guiding and inspiring junior and mid-level designers, fostering an environment of creative excellence.
- Client Engagement: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, articulating complex design ideas with clarity and charisma.
