Job Description:

1. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning, mopping, sweeping, dusting, disinfecting, and sanitization of patient/non-patient areas, wards, surgical units, offices, washrooms, and common areas as per HK protocols.
• Collect, remove, and transport contaminated and non-contaminated waste to designated disposal areas while following infection control and hand hygiene protocols.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely, ensure availability of cleaning supplies/PPEs, and keep all tools and carts clean and operational for the next shift.
• Wear approved uniform and PPEs, follow housekeeping protocols and confidentiality standards, and ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and electrical/manual equipment.
• Mark attendance as per policy, coordinate tasks with supervisors, move furniture for cleaning purposes, and perform additional duties assigned by management.
