We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Business Partner, Strategy & Operations (S&O) to play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, efficiency, and impact across our Southeast Asia and Indonesia consulting practices. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of strategy execution and operational leadership, supporting PwC Consulting’s regional leadership teams internally. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping unify teams across multiple markets and go-to-market models to deliver sustained value to our organization.

- Focused on Strategy & Operations Go-to-Market across Southeast Asia:
- Act as a critical right-hand to the Strategy & Operations Leadership Team across Southeast Asia.
- Drive collaboration and streamline communication across markets and teams, fostering an inclusive, united culture.
- Support development and realization of business strategies and key initiatives, from strategy through to execution.
- Partner closely with internal teams including staffing, finance, and HR, ensuring alignment between project resourcing, structure, and reporting.
- Serve as a central point of contact for engagement, coordination, and communication across territories.
- Focused on Driving Indonesia Practice Across Multiple Teams:
- Operate as a senior liaison across multiple Indonesian go-to-market (GTM) teams, offering strategic oversight and operational support.
- Facilitate collaboration and cohesion across 7-8 Indonesia-based GTMs, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and aligns with overall business goals.
- Support leadership in driving performance, culture, and innovation within the Indonesia consulting practice.
- What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting or a related professional services environment.
- Proven program management experience such as PMO or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
- Insight into demand generation and go-to-market strategies, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at leading team meetings, coordinating action items, and facilitating cross-team communication.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with client service teams and firm leadership, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up-like culture, demonstrating independence and sound judgment.
- High global acumen, capable of adapting your communication and leadership style to diverse cultures, backgrounds, and levels of experience.
