PwC Poland's Transaction Services Real Estate and Renewables team is actively seeking a
Consultant / Senior Consultant. This dynamic role involves engaging with major market players and transactions within the Real Estate and Renewables sectors. The team specializes in comprehensive transaction processing, from buy-side and sell-side consulting to financial due diligence and valuations, offering a prime opportunity to enhance your career in financial advisory services and corporate finance.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in working in advisory teams dealing with financial data analysis (e.g., in the financial due diligence team, financial audit, valuation, financial modeling, restructuring, controlling department), preferably in the real estate, construction and renewables sector and/or in a Big 4 environment.
- Knowledge in corporate finance analysis, controlling and accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
- Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and tools in daily workflows, including task automation, information analysis, and content generation.
- Fluency in English and Polish (verbal and written).
- Good communication skills and team player mindset.
- Ability to work independently and organize your work well.
Nice to have:- Knowledge of the real estate, construction, and renewables sectors.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, statutory auditor, or CFA.
