Within the HR Technology team, we place people at the heart of every transformation. Our work goes beyond system implementation: we help organisations create more transparent, efficient and human‑ centred HR experiences. By co‑creating and co‑innovating with our clients, we design digital HR solutions that genuinely empower employees and support better decision‑making. Our ultimate objective is to guide clients through their HR transformation journeys and ensure their projects generate lasting, positive impact for their people and their business.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients in choosing, implementing and improving their HR systems. In doing so, you will progressively broaden your expertise across multiple HR technologies and methodologies, including exposure to emerging digital HR trends such as AI‑enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead or co‑lead functional modules during HR systems implementations (HCM, recruitment and onboarding, absence, etc), participating in activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing cycles, data validation, and process optimisation. Progressively and in line with your previous experience, you will be trusted to make recommendations, challenge the status quo and drive initiatives that raise quality and efficiency.
  • Support all phases of testing (UAT, E2E, regression), prepare test scripts, and coordinate feedback with client teams.
  • Prepare and deliver training to help clients become autonomous with their HR systems.
  • Remain flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks such as PMO support, process analysis, change management, and broader HR transformation work, depending on client needs.
  • Challenge and advise clients based on best practices, bringing clarity to complex HR and system interactions.
  • Contribute to commercial and market‑facing activities with real ownership, including commercial proposal drafting, leading parts of alliance initiatives with technology partners (Workday, SAP, Oracle), such as running demonstrations, proposing thought leadership ideas, events, and internal knowledge assets. You will be encouraged to spot opportunities and champion improvements to our go‑to‑market.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or IT Management;
  • Have between 3 and 6 years of professional experience in HR and HRIS;
  • Have hands‑on exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM;
  • Possess advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
  • Have a strong interest in innovation, Generative AI, automation and next‑generation digital HR solutions and are curious about agentic systems, AI‑enabled workflows and intelligent assistants improving HR processes and user experience;
  • Are comfortable testing new tools and staying informed about digital HR, AI and analytics trends.
  • Are able to work autonomously, learn quickly and bring fresh ideas;
  • Are fluent in English and French; recognized for strong collaboration and relationship‑building.
