As our new HR Business Partner, you will serve as a primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing timely guidance on policies and procedures, and delivering effective HR Solutions. You will coordinate crucial stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities. Your responsibilities will also include supporting performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with business leaders and employees to drive successful outcomes. You will maintain accurate employee records within Workday, leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement in Talent Management and Workforce Planning. Additionally, you will partner with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and Legal teams, on recruitment, compliance, and employee relations matters, while contributing to strategic HR projects and initiatives that elevate the firm's HR capabilities.

- Is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Is comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Workday will be considered an asset.
- Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration.
- Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team.
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
