Eligibility / Qualification Required:
PwC is looking for professionals passionate about tax and accounting advisory, with experience and motivation to work with large and medium-sized companies in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a double degree in ADE + Law.
- Master's or Higher Course in one of the following specialties: Taxation, Accounting, Financial Management, or Auditing.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Tax Compliance functions.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to autonomously manage a portfolio of top-tier clients.
- Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
- Experience in teamwork, including remote collaboration with other offices.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Experience in international projects will be positively valued.
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of assigned clients' tax and/or accounting obligations.
- Identification of process efficiency opportunities.
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and participation in multi-client projects.
- Active participation in business development, identifying new opportunities.
- Maintaining strong and trusting relationships with clients and teams.
- Collaboration in the training and development of junior team members.
