Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Summary: Responsible for managing office furniture showroom sales by achieving monthly targets, executing sales dstrategies, generating leads and building strong client relationships. The role supports business development initiatives, manages showroom displays and inventory, assists in quotations and collections, and coordinates customized furniture orders with production. It also ensures high-quality after-sales service and delivers a premium customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Achieve monthly showroom sales targets for office furniture products
- Implement sales and promotional strategies through customer engagement and communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects and walk-in customers
- Support business development and corporate/interior project sales
- Assist in sourcing office furniture solutions and related services for client requirements
- Prepare quotations, estimations and manage payment collection & bank deposits
- Support retail sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Manage showroom display planning, product placement and inventory flow
- Ensure proper pricing, tagging, barcoding and visual presentation of office furniture displays
- Maintain cleanliness, stock accuracy and overall showroom standards
- Assist in monthly stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate customized office furniture orders with production for accurate execution
- Welcome and guide customers to ensure a professional showroom experience
- Handle after-sales service, complaints and customer follow-ups (including site visits if required)
- Maintain customer database, follow-ups and lead tracking
- Negotiate and close sales effectively
- Represent company at corporate events, exhibitions and product demonstrations
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Relevant Experience: 4–5 Years (preferably in Retail, corporate or furniture sales)
