Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, while seamlessly collaborating with P&G Grooming Executive Board, other P&G CEOS, the Board, and external leaders and individuals of influence. Given the inherent complexity and demanding nature of this role, the successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, unwavering professionalism, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and trust. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proactively manage critical stakeholder relationships on behalf of the executive, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and ensure effective information flow. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 year degree required, Bachelor’s preferred Experience working with and supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-Suite level. Proven ability to plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including visa requirements.
