- At least 2 years' experience in an office-based, client service, operations, or administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial information and reconciliations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Confidence working with numbers, including a solid understanding of interest calculations and reconciliations. An interest in developing your financial modelling skills is a plus.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline is advantageous, but not essential.
